About Me
Hi, I'm Sophie
I’m the founder of Tradie’s Little Helper — a one-woman admin service supporting tradies and small business owners who are ready to stop spending nights and weekends stuck behind a screen.
I come from a background in logistics, customer service, technical services, and sales operations, so I understand how the back end of a business works. I know how to keep things moving smoothly — from quotes and invoicing to safety paperwork, document clean-ups, and system organisation.
Why I Started This Business
After being made redundant, I figured there was no better time to back myself and start my own thing. I’d seen friends and family constantly buried in admin, struggling to stay on top of everything while trying to actually run their business.
I knew I could help — by taking the admin off their plate, and giving them back time to focus on the work they enjoy (and the people they love).
